New Strategy

Today I've decided to not eat anything after my daughter's bed time (8:00 pm). We'll see if I can stick to it.

I know it'll work, because that's usually when I cave and succumb to my carb cravings. Ice cream at midnight is not uncommon (did that last night, actually!). So far so good tonight, but it's only 11:05 pm.
